Adina Brisbane apartment hotel gears up for opening

TFE announced it will open in mid-to-late April 2026, introducing contemporary apartment‑style hotel living in one of Brisbane’s fastest‑growing urban centres.

The 148‑key hotel is just minutes from the CBD.

It is close to Queensland’s largest shopping centre, Chermside which offers more than 400 stores, major retailers, dining and extensive entertainment options.

“Chermside is poised to shine as Brisbane prepares for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games,” said TFE Hotels’ Group Chief Operating Officer, Chris Sedgwick.

“With the city’s new 63,000 seat Olympic Stadium set to be built in Victoria Park Adina Chermside will offer convenient access to the Olympic action.”

Adina Chermside Brisbane features studios, one‑bedroom apartments and two‑bedroom interconnecting family apartments.

Each apartment is equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities.

Hotel amenities include an all‑day dining café/bar, a lobby lounge, meeting rooms, a fully equipped gym and secure parking.
