Effective from March 30, 2025 when the Northern Summer schedule kicks in, Air India is adding three more flights a week on the Mumbai-London Heathrow route.
That adds up to 24 flights each week.
These are flown on A350-900 and Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
However, Air India is pausing the Kochi-London Gatwick service from late March until further notice due to the airline’s fleet modernisation programme.
It is also adding one extra flight a week to Birmingham from Amritsar.
Delhi flights to Zurich and Vienna will be upgraded with an extra weekly flight, along with an extra weekly flight each to Seoul and Nairobi.
Air India’s fleet modernisation of narrow-body aircraft is expected to be completed by mid-2025.
