CAL Phoenix Taiwan based China Airlines will launch a new service to Phoenix, Arizona on December 3, 2025, continuing expansion of its North American network.

Airbus A350-900 aircraft will be deployed to the three times a week route.

CAL becomes the first Asian carrier to fly to Phoenix.

Phoenix also offers convenient connections to other American cities.

The China Airlines Taipei-Phoenix service will depart every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Bookings can be made through the China Airlines website or mobile app.

Phoenix is the largest city in the state of Arizona.

It also serves as a gateway for the Southwest’s natural wonders including the Grand Canyon.

China Airlines has partnered with Southwest Airlines to build a comprehensive trans-Pacific transfer network.

Phoenix is a key airport hub for Southwest Airlines with more than 30 flights taking off or landing each hour during peak periods.

CAL customers can connect through interline ticketing to transfer to more than 30 American cities within the same terminal.

The addition of Phoenix makes it the seventh North American destination.
