Vignette Collection Dubai 10331715121 2X1 1 Dubai hospitality is made of superlatives.

Once again, it will be the case with InterContinental Hotels Group confirming the opening of the impressive Ciel Dubai Marina. The property is soaring at a staggering 377 m. over Dubai Marina. The hotel will be part of IHG Vignette Collection.

Reservations are available for dates starting from Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025. Rates are starting around AED 2,400 (about US$650) per night for a deluxe suite and AED 4,300 (about US$ 1,170) for a three-person bedroom suite with high-floor lounge access.

The all-hotel tower, managed by The First Group Hospitality, will feature 1,004 rooms across 82 floors with direct access to Dubai Marina’s beaches, shops, and nightlife.

Ciel Dubai Marina: high, higher and the highest!
Ciel will also notch multiple Guinness World Records, including -of course- the world’s highest infinity pool and highest club. The hotel will also offer a 360-degree glass observation deck.

Tattu Dubai, the award-winning Asian restaurant, anchors three of the top levels: its main dining room on Level 74, the Tattu Sky Pool on Level 76, and the Sky Lounge on Level 81. The infinity pool will overlook Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf from 294 meters, surpassing Address Beach Resort’s current record.

Additional dining highlights include Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery, offering locally sourced baked goods and an all-day menu; West 13, a Mediterranean concept with handmade pastas, mezze, and street-food stations; and East 14, a pan-Asian buffet with live ramen, pho, sushi, dim sum, and Indian curries.

Beyond its restaurants, Ciel will house a luxury spa on the 61st floor, a 24/7 gym, and complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Business travelers can access the 16th-floor executive lounge, Nest, featuring flexible meeting spaces and panoramic skyline views.

“This landmark development reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for tourism and business travel,” said Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group. “Standing at 377 meters, Ciel will redefine upper-upscale hospitality with striking design, world-class amenities, and breathtaking vistas.”
