London Southend crowned London’s most punctual airport

The latest CAA 2025 statistics show that the airport climbed 15 places in the on-time performance chart.

It also holds the title of the most punctual airport in London, with 77.6% of flights departing or arriving within 15 minutes of schedule.

London Southend tripled its annual traffic to 720,000 passengers in 2025.

Jude Winstanley, CEO of London Southend Airport, said: “I am incredibly proud of what our teams have achieved over the past year. We know how important it is for passengers to fly on time, so this matters.”
