The sale of Exeter, Bournemouth and Norwich airports is set to be announced today in multimillion-pound deal.
Investment firm ICG has agreed a deal to purchase the airports from Rigby Group, the BBC reports.
The deal is reportedly worth about £200m.
ICG has been in discussions to buy the airports since early this spring.
The airports handle nearly two million passengers a year, with Bournemouth the largest of the three in terms of passenger traffic.
