Turkish Airlines opens first European lounge at Edinburgh Airport

Situated on Level 2, the lounge is open for Business Class passengers, certain Miles&Smiles members, and others with a paid lounge membership card.

It can accommodate up to 149 guests, with a premium experience including an open buffet for lunch and dinner, prayer rooms and a relaxation area.

“This marks an important milestone as our first abroad lounge in Europe and our eighth outside of Türkiye,” said Turkish Airlines Chief Operations Officer M. Akif Konar.

Turkish Airlines flies ten times a week to Edinburgh from Istanbul.

Edinburgh Airport CCO Stephanie Wear, added: “The opening demonstrates Turkish Airlines’ commitment to the airport and to enhancing the travel experience for passengers.”
